| DELIVERY CHARGES | |

We are happy to offer FREE delivery on orders with a minimum sales value of £300 (excluding VAT). Deliveries under the sales value of £300 (excluding VAT) may incur a delivery charge. This will be calculated once your order has been placed. Please note, the delivery charge will be dependent on the order size and delivery location and in some cases we may use a pallet delivery service. An additional charge will be made if orders have to be re-delivered. Furthermore, where goods are returned a re-stocking fee of 25% of the sales value will be payable. |

| DELIVERY TIME AND DATE REQUESTS | |

We aim to deliver between 7:30am and 4:30pm and will try our best to deliver on your requested day. However, we are unable to quote actual times and can only deliver am or pm as requested. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within these hours on the specified day, we can’t be held liable if circumstances occur that are beyond our control and prevent us from making delivery on that day. We will however try our utmost to give you ample notice of any changes or delays with the delivery of your order. |

| TO ORDER PRODUCTS | |
| If products are “to order” only, full packs will be supplied and they may be subject to an extended delivery time. Please note these products will not be returnable under any circumstances. | |
| DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS | |
| Deliveries will only be made to firm solid ground at kerbside. Any special requests made for delivery will be at the customers’ risk. Hiab offload is an extra charge but tail lift is our usual method of offloading. Unfortunately, we are unable to undertake any manual offloading but maybe able to assist. Multi drops for same delivery will not be accepted. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. | |
