Shallow Channel with a Push-Fit Watertight Outlet to 110mm Pipe

The ACO MultiDrain M100D 075V is a one metre shallow channel with a preformed 110mm knockout in its base. The V in the name marks a cast-in triple lipped seal around that knockout, which makes a push fit watertight connection to 110mm PVC-U pipe without a separate coupling. ACO casts the channel from Vienite, its high strength recycled material, and fits UltraSTEEL galvanised edge rails along the top.

Key Design Features

The base carries a preformed 110mm knockout. Around it sits a cast-in triple lipped seal in SEBS-TPE, so 110mm PVC-U pipe pushes straight in and the joint is watertight without a coupling. ACO states the seal material has excellent chemical, UV and weather resistance. The channel is 75mm deep along its length and 80mm deep around the outlet.

Use the ACO 23076 where a shallow M100D run has to drop into 110mm PVC-U pipework and the joint needs to be watertight.
