Naylor Economy and High Spec Ranges for Masonry Openings
Castings Drainage supplies Naylor concrete lintels for sale in 100mm and 140mm widths, for openings in solid walls, inner leaves and internal partitions. The Economy Range covers standard housing openings, and the High Spec range takes higher loads across the same widths. Depths run from 65mm to 215mm, and lengths from 600mm to 3000mm.

The ER2 and S4 have an extruded concrete finish suitable for plastered openings.

- Economy Range. ER1 100 x 65mm, ER2 100 x 140mm, ER3 140 x 65mm, ER6 140 x 140mm, ER7 100 x 215mm and ER8 140 x 215mm, for standard housing openings.
- High Spec Range. R6 100 x 140mm, R7 100 x 215mm, R8 140 x 215mm and R9 100 x 215mm, where the opening is wider or the load is higher.
- Narrow openings. The S4 100 x 100mm is the shallowest in the range at 23kg/m, for internal partitions and small openings.
Applications
Window and door openings in solid wall construction, inner leaf openings in cavity walls, and internal partitions. The ER2, ER7, R6 and R9 are rated for foundation use, so the same lintel can be specified below and above ground level on a single job. All four carry 30 minutes fire resistance.
