Anodised Aluminium Corner for a 90 Degree Change of Direction
The ACO 19007 turns an ACO Threshold Drain run through 90 degrees. It carries a black anodised aluminium grating, which ACO describes as the durable, cost-effective option in the range. The same grating is made in silver, so the corner can be picked to stand out against dark paving or to disappear into it.

Key Design Features
The grating lifts out, so the corner can be cleared without disturbing the channel either side of it. Its 5mm slots are narrow enough for ACO to class the grating as HeelGuard. Anodising colours the aluminium through a surface layer rather than a paint film, so the black finish is part of the metal.
Benefits
- Matches black aluminium channel gratings, so a run keeps one finish through the corner.
- Black reads as a deliberate line against pale paving and disappears against dark.
- 5mm slots suit doorways and patios where people walk straight across the drain.
- Aluminium keeps the corner light to lift and position during installation.
Applications
Use the ACO 19007 where a Threshold Drain run turns a corner at a door, a patio or a garage entrance and the grating needs to read as black. It is the corner to pair with black aluminium channel gratings on a level threshold, where the drain has to be there without being the thing anyone looks at.
