Shimpac planks are a combination of compressed cement (70%) and treated wood fibres (15%) and are used where final adjustment to carriageway and footpath ironwork is required. Shimpac can be installed using traditional, fast setting or polyester based epoxy based mortars. Shimpac can be cut with
a disc cutter or tungsten tipped saw, planks up to 24mm thickness can be scored and snapped to length.
